The company produces over 300 varieties of baked goods in a 250,000 square foot manufacturing facility. The products are sold fresh or frozen to customers coast to coast. Our focus is on our product - producing and developing unique high quality products for private labeling, restaurant chains and single owned locations, products sold direct to the consumer in retail outlets and distribution to food service outlets including restaurants, catering companies, universities, sports venues and hospitals.

What you will see and learn:

Participants will be guided through the entire baking process starting at the point where the ingredients are weighed out, mixed together, separated into individual portions as well as the proofing, baking and cooling process. The company uses Red Zone OEE Systems and Tool Box Paperless Distribution.
