OVERVIEW:

Today manufacturers are experiencing a multigenerational cultural shift on the plant floor as the workforce is now comprised of Baby Boomers, Millennials and soon the Centennials. As the plant floor evolves in the digital age of Smart Manufacturing, we must rethink traditional operations and training programs. Learn how to develop a program to create a motivated, collaborative, and digitally-literate workforce empowered with the knowledge to efficiently leverage new plant technology and data applications.
This interactive three hour hands-on workshop will provide proven methodology and case studies to help attendees learn the processes and tools available to begin the journey of creating a Smart Manufacturing workforce to meet the evolution of the plant floor.
