What you will see and learn:

Visitors will see how Piecework, one of the four pillars of Incentive Management is applied to high volume and high mix product families (1); Stamping, punching, laser cutting, welding, epoxy dipping, painting, molding, winding, tooling, machining and PC board manufacturing highlighting LE’s commitment to quality (2); and Observing operational practices that earned the Machine Division recognition as Plant Engineering – Plant of the year in 2014 (3).
 

Dress Code/Safety Requirements:

Plant tours involve walking moderate distances in a factory setting (up to 1 mile); EMF (localized electric and magnetic fields) are present throughout the Lincoln Electric Company – EMG fields may interfere with some pacemakers. Visitors with a pacemaker should consult their personal physician before taking a tour. Will be made reasonable accommodation with mobility issues, including leg casts, crutches or canes during the tour. Any accommodations must be made in advance pursuant to the Americans with Disabilities Act.
