The Raymond Corporation began implementation of Total Process Reliability (TPR) at its Greene, New York, manufacturing facility in 2014. Raymond has accomplished a significant amount of improvement and rolled out TPR at facilities in Muscatine, Iowa, and Syracuse, New York. This seminar will explore the challenges involved with managing equipment care in facilities and transition into the fourth phase of the TPS Growth Roadmap — “Process Capability Improvement.” The five major focus areas, activities and results of Raymond’s TPR initiative will be explored, along with the benefits and improvements made on equipment reliability. Results corresponding to improved machine uptime, increased productivity, reduction in defects and enhanced associate satisfaction will be discussed in detail. Furthermore, attendees will be able to identify opportunities for improvement and understand the steps necessary to implement TPR in their organizations.
